Title: Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!
I recently visited Fortwilliam Opticians for my eye exam and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Heather who made the check-in process seamless and welcoming. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions with ease.
Cahal was equally impressive. He took the time to explain every step of the examination process and provided thorough answers to my concerns. It's clear he is passionate about eye care and genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. His expertise gave me confidence in my treatment plan, and I truly appreciated his professional yet personable approach.
The office itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped with the latest technology, which made my visit all the more pleasant. I left feeling well-informed and valued as a patient.
I highly recommend Fortwilliam Opticians to anyone looking for exceptional eye care. Thank you to the whole team for making my visit such a positive experience!

I have been with this opticians for many years and I will never leave. Cahal is completely meticulous and is a very skilled optician. It's a small local business and this is so apparent in terms of the service you receive. Heather the receptionist is so helpful and they both will ensure you get perfect frames that will suit you. I would never leave an excellent service like this one to go to a chain particularly as eye health is so important. For the service you receive it's also very reasonably priced.
